My Heart is saddened this this morning as I’ve just heard of Anna’s death. What a fanominal and talented woman she was…when I was little Anna & Bob were good friends with my parents Arnie & Evdon Newman.
I can remember always getting my Hi! for the day, as I would pass thru the lunch line at LLHS and i would laugh because Anna would usually have flour on her face or in her hairnet..Ha!
Later in life to have her make my wedding cake in 1993.
Absolutely Beautiful!!
Anna was a Special Lady and will Truly be missed!!
Another Angel in Heaven….

Its very sad to hear the news of Annas passing. My prayers are with Bob, Kali and the family at this time and if there is anything we can do let us know! From everyone here at State Farm!
What a lovely and kind person Anna was – and she meant so much to Land O’Lakes HS. I am very sad to hear of her passing, but I know she is now with our beloved Steven. God bless them both.
Anna Querns…What a fine Lady and proud to call her my friend.Memories of Her Steve, and my Eric&Gary in the Majors as “CUBS”.What fun we shared at all the games together. She always teased me about wanting some fish off our boat when she’d see us pull the boat past her house.
One day we called her and told her we were bringing her some fish down. She was standing behind the door with her chopsticks teasingly.Anna might be gone from her earthly home, but her legacy will thrive with us always. So this isn’t goodbye,it’s save me a seat in the bleachers in heaven, and will pick back up where we left off.Much love to Bob & all the family.Evdon &Nelson Gallops.
Anna will be missed, she loved her family so much. The Querns are survivors and it comforts me to know that she and Steve are together.

What a wondeful grandmother she was…I am so blessed to be loved and cared for by her. She was a very special person to all of us.
Mrs. Querns was a great woman. I have great memories of sleepovers at Steve’s with friends in elementary and high school. She will be missed. My heart goes out to the family and I will pray with. Rest in peace.

Although I haven’t seen Grandma Querns in many years since moving to California, I will never forget her. My favorite memory of her was when she made her delicious, homemade cinnamon rolls and she would sneak one to me when I was a student at LOL High School for breakfast! Sometimes she would make a bunch of them on the weekend and bring them to our house. I will never smell another cinnamon roll without a wonderful memory of her in my heart. We miss you Grandma Querns! I’m happy she is no longer in pain and that she’s now in a happier place. For that I’m grateful. We love you.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Sandra, you are a wonderful daughter and your mother is grateful and resting more @ peace because of you.
May God Bless!!!!
Sandra & Stephan we are truly sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Bob,John,Kerry,Robert,Sandy, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. We were so saddened to hear of Annas’ passing. We will never forget this happy smiling lady who we first met at Little League tryouts in LOL. Norman was the first coach on the major Lg. Cubs and Anna brought Steve to tryout and that was the beginning of our friendship. We shared many games together watching our boys play Little League, Sr. League and Football, Basketball and Baseball at LOL Highschool. We worked side by side in the various concession stands at these facilities and truly loved this lady. Anna was always a funny happy lady even when she was mad at the various umpires, referees and sports writers who she felt hadn’t given the LOL players their due. We will see you again,Anna, someday in the future, and know that your family will miss you. Much love and sympathy go out to you. We are sorry we are not there to personally express our sympathy.
Dear Bob & Family: We are so sorry to hear about Anna. She was a very special person and will be missed by many.
