Laubisch, Arthur R., 83, died at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater. He was born in Buffalo, NY and served his country in the Army during WWII, where he was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He was employed for 32 years as a letter carrier for the US Postal Service before retirinng to Clearwater in 1984. He was a lifetime member of the DAV, the American Legion, North Bay Community Church, and he volunteered countless hours at the Shriner’s Hospital in Tampa. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Janet; his two sons, David and Robert; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital, 12505 Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33612.
