Carlos E.?Carlito? Ramirez Jr., 9, of Tampa, FL, a chubby cheeked nine year old child who loved math, video games and riding his bike, passed away at St. Joseph Hospital, Tampa, FL on December 10, 2007 as a result of a bicycle/automobile accident in Tampa on December 9, 2007. ?Carlito? aspired to be a boxer and he loved to rub his mothers tired feet, kiss his grandmothers cheeks and fish with his uncle. A life long Tampa, FL native, ?Carlito? attended Crestwood Elementary School in Tampa and attended Living in Christ Ministries. He is survived by his loving families: his mother and step-father, Jeannie and Patrick Garrick of Tampa, FL; his father, Carlos E. Ramirez Sr. of Marianna, FL; his dad, Telly S. Carr of Lady Lake, FL; a brother, Silias Garrick of Tampa, FL; his sisters: Krystal and Angelica Bernier, both of Tampa, FL;Jasmin and Jade Carr of Lady Lake, FL; a niece, Aaliyah Bernier of Tampa, FL; his grandparents; Ismael and Aurelia Bernier Sr. of Riverview, FL; Neomi Gonzalez and Kathy Simon, both of Tampa, FL; his aunts and uncles; Ismael and Aida Bernier Jr. of Winter Haven, FL; David and Missy Bernier of Thonotosassa, FL;Clifton and Regina Carr of Tampa, FL; great uncles and aunts: Esther and James Smith of Weeki Wachee, FL; Abigail Conner of Cape Coral, FL; Darrell Marks of Tampa, FL; Bernardo and Tulia Gonzalez of Bradenton, FL; Luis Gonzalez of Clearwater, FL; Erfrain and Vivian Gonzalez of Clearwater, FL; Heber and Dolores Gonzalez of Birmingham, AL; David and Terry Gonzalez of Olivet, MI; Samuel and Denise Gonzalez of Tampa, FL; Felix Gonzalez of Clearwater, FL and numerous cousins and friends. The funeral is 12:00 Noon, Friday, December 14, 2007 at New Life Church of God, 7209 North Manhattan Avenue, Tampa, FL. 33614.The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 AM until service time. Pallbearers will be Clifton Carr, David Bernier, Ismael Bernier Jr. and Juan Pizzaro. Final interment will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery, East Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL at 2:30 PM. Even though we can not physically see you, we no your here watching over us. your missed by everybody an their momma. you were real cool bro. an you were a real good person an you still are. it must be cool to be able to see God everyday for the rest of forever. In many ways i envy you because God wanted you in particular.God wanted you all to himself because he didnt want you to have to stuggle an go through all the madness and evils of the world and wanted to take you away from all that so you could spend the rest of your life in paradise. Every body else wasnt worthy enough for God but you are. That says alot about you. Hey litte cousin of mine. I love you and miss you alot. Nya and espeacially Soleil misses you. I miss you alot too. You will be missed but remembered forever. I am so very sorry for your tragic loss. I live in the neighborhood and I know how the cars drive in it. This unfortunate accident happend in front of a very dear friends of mines home. May God Bless you and hold you in his arms at this time! Please report this to our local stations and so on so that speeding in areas as our neighborhood can be stopped! IT has to be strictly enforced.

Carlos was given his wings to soar with JESUS at the tender age of 9. He is now with our heavenly father awaiting our arrival. I want to thank him for the love and respect that he gave so freely. My prayer goes out to the whole family of Carlos. I never knew Carlos but his tragic accident happen right by my house. I go to the memoral site everynight with his family and friends and pray. He is now in a safer place than we all are. God had a reason to call him up there so early, God needed a perfect handsome playful angel. Carlos will always be in my heart and so will the family.
Carlos, all I can do is remember the good times we all shared together. Remember Qzar,our church gatherings with all the food, all the times we would fight over your mom’s empanada’s…

My little Carlito! <3 I am so saddened to hear of your Passing. I met you when you were only Three and you made a huge impact in my life those few short years. I have hung onto a picture of you for years, it was destroyed not too long ago by water. I cherished that picture all of these years not knowing you were no longer with us.
