Catherine J. Cogley, 80, of Largo, died, Monday, July 20, 2009 at Community Convalescent Center, Plant City.
Born in Seattle, WA, she moved here from Mankato, MN over 30 years ago. She was catholic and a member of the VFW Auxillary and the Elks Lodge in Alaska. She enjoyed swimming, biking, reading and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William P. Cogley.
Survivors include her two daughters, Cecilia (Larry) Emin of Brandon, FL and Linda (Steve) Hurst of Riverside, CA; a son, Sidney (Beverly) Cogley of Pasadena, MD; six grandchildren: Michelle Doole, Dennis Paul Nielsen, Billy Jo Cogley, Paul, David and Michael Emin; and six great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 12:30 PM, on Fri., July 24, 2009 at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513.
