It was my honor to officiate at the service for your father grandfather today. And along with others, I am grateful for his 20 + years of service in the United States Army, including service in Korea and Viet Nam. May the Lord extend His comfort and peace to each of you as you adjust to living without his physical presence. Remember the quote from Henri Nouwen, “. . . death does not have the last word. Hope is real and God is alive!”
I am sorry that I was out of town. Charles Landon was a wonderful person and a great mechanic. We will miss him. My condolences to your family and friends.
I’m sorry I never got to come and see you and say goodbye before you had to go. I will miss you more than you will ever know. I love you grandad. We will meet up again.
