“The clouds were building up now for the trade wind and he looked ahead and saw a flight of wild ducks etching themselves against the sky over the water, then blurring, then etching again and he knew no man was ever alone on the sea.” – From Old Man and The Sea
Marika:
You and your family are in our prayers, and particularly during your times of greatest need. We hope that God can provide strength and peace. With love, Sandra
I have fond memories of fishing trips on the Hurricane in the early 70’s. What fun it was to have Mr. Christ at the helm.
I offer my sympathy to the family of a man I knew only through Meals on Wheels. Mr. Christ was my favorite recipient and I always called him the “Knock Knock Man” – every Wednesday when I delivered his meal, I would knock on the door and he would be right there with a knock, knock answer! He always had a smile and a thank you and I miss him. My prayers are with him and his family.
