Dale E. Spangenberger, 57, of Clearwater, FL passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Bay Pines Va Hospital due to a prolong illness.
Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he moved to Florida around a decade ago. During his time in Florida, he spent his time dispatching semi trucks and surveying. Before coming to Florida, he drove semi trucks out of Arizona for years.
Also, he enlisted in the Navy during the Vietnam War era.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl R. Spangenberger. Survivors include as follows: his mother, Mabel Chupp Hunter; two brothers, James and Carl; two children, Jesse and Shelia; and granddaughter, Alana Senft.
A Memorial Service and military honors will be head 1:30 PM on Monday, February 28th at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg.
