Doris K. Fry, 81, of Seminole Florida, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, September 30, 2010. She was born in Canton Ohio . Dory grew up in the Canton area, graduating from Canton Township High School in 1947, where she met and married her high school sweetheart, John R.Fry in June 1949. She retired from Nickles Bakery, Navarre Ohio in 1978 and moved to Florida . There she was employed at Superior Surgical Group until 1995.
Doris shared her love of the Lord with all her children and many others. She served as a Sunday school teacher at Trinity Brethren Church in North Canton in the 1960s; Dory was an active member of the Clearwater Assembly of God in Florida . In these churches she met many dear friends.
Doris is survived by her adoring husband John Fry; three sons, Jack of Phoenix, AZ, Bob of Seminole, FLA and Chuck of Parrish, FLA , one daughter Cathie (Fry) Wong of Phoenix, AZ, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
We honored our beloved wife and mother’s life in a celebration at Clearwater Assembly of God on October 5 ,2010.

Aunt Doris was such a special aunt. She had a really sweet smile and great sense of humor. It was always an inspiration to me how close and how happy she was with Uncle John, two peas in a pod! We will miss her but we know she is with her Lord.

We were so sad to hear about your passing, but are happy to know that you and my mom, Helen are together. Aunt Doris, I think I got my love for reading from you. You have always been a truly beautiful person inside and out.
