Toby and Howard
To the Shannon Family, we offer our deepest condolences for your temporary loss, of a Husband and Dad. Nothing can replace his presence, but we also know as you do, that Ed is more alive today then any of us have ever been. We are just passing through this life and soon we will all be enjoying the “Life” always intended for us. Our prayers are with you all.
As you and your family grieve the loss of husband and dad, I pray the Holy Spirit will be ever presence providing comfort and reminders that Ed is home with Abba Father, without pain of sorrow.
I have a card I’ve yet to send but I’ll post it’s thoughts from my heart when I heard of E’s passing.
There is sorrow for family,
But joy for Ed’s soul,
For now he has journeyed
To heaven to be whole.
Free, from sickness,
His burden he bore,
Now he flys like the eagles,
he will endlessly SOAR!
With the angels of heaven,
Surrounding the earth,
To guide and protect,
The family you birthed.
In those silent moments,
You’ll feel him near,
Each and every one,
Of you, he holds dear.
