Frances D. Staniszewski, 74, of Largo, died on April 5 (Monday) at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. She was born in Erie, PA and moved to the area in 1998 from Columbus, GA.
She was homemaker, a loving wife and mother. She attended the Caring and Sharing Fellowship at Caribbean Isles where she was the Homeowners Association President. In Columbus, GA, she was a member of Trinity Temple Church. At Caribbean Isles, she was active in a variety of activities; but, she especially loved Bingo and Pokeno.
Her parents, William and Elizabeth Johnson, preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, John; daughters, Laura Keil of Phenix City, AL, and Faith Rankin of Largo, FL; brother, Bill Johnson of Erie, PA; and sisters, Delores Scherer of Jersey Shores, PA, and Mary Lou Mendez of Clearwater, FL.
Our hearts and prayers are with you John,Faith,Laura,Mary Lou and all of her family and friends.
Fran will always be in our hearts. We love her.
Mom, I love you very much and will miss you. You gave me so much love and understanding through the years. I know we had our problems in the past but we always seemed to work it out. For this you will ALWAYS be my best friend. I love you.

Oh how I have missed you Fran, you were like a second mother to me. You were always there for me, especially during a bad time in my life and you would listen and pray with me. I always loved and appreciated you so much.
