Frank Villano, 90, of Largo, FL
Funeral Mass is Thursday, 11:00 AM, September 22, 2011 at St Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1507 Trotter Road, Largo, FL with Father Claudis Mpaya, to officiate. There will be a visitation on Wednesday evening, September 21, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary service at 7:00 PM being held at Global Funeral Home, 7210 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL. Full military honors presented by Pinellas County Veterans Council and graveside service is 2:15 PM, September 23, 2011 at Bay Pines VA National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL.
A native of Calabria, Italy to his parents, Ercole and Emelia Villano on December 17, 1920.. He moved to the local area in 1994 from Carmel, NY and he was an expert tailor. He passed away at the Wright Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Seminole, FL on September 14, 2011. He attended and was a member of St Patrick’s Catholic Church, a US Army Veteran of World War II and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Agnes Villano of Largo, FL; two sons, Steven E. Villano and Michael F. Villano; a sister, Jean Sqillante of Ossning, NY; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Pa we all love and miss you down here. We will definately miss your stories and all the wonderful times well spent with you. It was your time and for you that must have been a blessing I know for a while now you were ready. The family was not ready and is still not ready but we know that now you are at peace and happy, and it is now time to go and celebrate your life. Pa… No matter how ready we all knew you were, it will never be easy to say goodbye to such a wonderful father, grandfather, person. You have taught us all so much in this life and I am proud to be one of your many granddaughters… I am happy you are finally resting and at peace. Words cannot express how grateful I am for everything you have taught me and all the wonderful stories you have shared. I know you have lived a full life and it is finally your time to go “home”. Frank was a very sweet and wonderful man. I was extremely lucky to know him. He will be missed, and he is included in my prayers.
