Herbert Eugene “Herb” Hedrick, 81, of Clearwater, FL passed away at his residence on May 20, 2008 from natural causes. A native of Cold Water, MI and a local resident of Clearwater since 1989, when he moved here from Union City, MI; he was a retired insurance investigator for Trams America Insurance CO. in Chicago, IL; a Protestant; a US Navy veteran of World War II Era; a member of the VFW, American Legion and the Cove Cay Country Club. He is preceded in death by his parents, Estel and Lamoine Hedrick, a daughter, Cindy Hedrick and a sister, Betty Lou Coats. Herb is survived by his wife, Marjorie of Clearwater, FL; a son, Thomas Hedrick of Union City, MI and a grandson, Dyer Hedrick. Interment will be at the Riverside Cemetery, Union City. MI.

I was blessed to have had the best Dad ever. He was always there for me in times of need. How great of a Dad he was to Cyndi also, always helping her as much as possible. Many Thanks to Marge for giving him years of happiness and sharing life together. I will miss him more than anyone in my life and hope to see him in heaven when it’s my time.
