Mr. Horace Johnson Jr. was born on August 12, 1954 to Horace Johnson Sr. and Edna Mae Johnson in Jacksonville, FL. On June 2, 2008, Horace Johnson Jr. answered the call of the Lord and slipped away to dwell in him forever in the land of Promise.
Horace was the first of six children, he was preceded in death by his father, Horace Johnson Sr. and a sister, Cynthia Johnson.
Left to cherish his memories his eldest daughter, Equille Johnson- Jackson, Doris Johnson and beloved sons, Sherrod Dickerson and Horace Johnson III; grandchildren: Shaquilla Gordon, Harvey Gordon Jr., Aquilla Gordon, Keshaun Gordon, Kaija Jackson, James Belton Jr., Michelle Dickerson, Diamond Johnson, one son-in-law, Kevin Jackson and two daughter-in-laws, Crystal Johnson and Mary Williams; sister, Shithianaka “Neet” Johnson; three brothers: Alphonso “Fuzzy” Johnson, Anthony Johnson and Michael Johnson, two aunts: Victoria Johnson and Bertha Stokes; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
