Litchard, James Delavan, 68, of Clearwater, FL passed away peacefully on October 1, 2012 at Bay Pines VA Health Care System under care of Hospice and surrounded by his loving family after a 3 year battle with cancer.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather (Don) Fiero; four grandchildren, Tony (Rachel) Fiero, Chelsea, Adam & Megan La Maire; great grandaughter, Skylar Fiero; eight brothers and sisters, David (Nan), Tim (Noreen), Sandy (Bobby) Petty, Debbie (Greg) Heyboer, Jeff, Dan (Judy), Laura Garver, Tammy VanDusen; Aunts, Uncles and a host of neices, nephews and cousins. Jim was preceded in death by his parents Roscoe Sr. and Grace Litchard, a brother, Roscoe Jr and a nephew, Andy.
Jim was a Vietnam Veteran and served in the US Army. He was a very big hearted, kind and caring man and will be missed by many.
A full military burial will be held at 2:30 PM on Friday, November 2, 2012 at Fort Custer National Cemetary, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta, MI, 49012. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Bay Pines VAHCS, PO Box 5005, Sect. 135, Bay Pines, FL 33744 (Please write “Hospice” in the Memo).
