Joan F. Koelle, 69, passed away peacefully at her home in Palm Harbor, Florida on Thursday, August 12, 2010. Joan was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1941, and was married in 1967. She moved to Florida in 1970 where she raised her three children and was employed for 22 years as a florist. Joan was a devout animal lover and was a member of the Humane Society where she has requested donations be made in her memory. She had a wonderful sense of humor, will be missed by all, and will always live in our hearts and memories.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; her daughters: Shari Koelle of Iowa and Susan Kline of North Carolina; her son, David Koelle of Clearwater; her granddaughter, Lauren Kline of North Carolina; and her two dogs: Tugger and Tinker.
Graveside memorial services are scheduled from Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, Florida at 11am on Wednesday, August 18, 2010.

Sorry this is so late. I just saw this and wanted to express my sadness at the passing of you beloved wife. You surely don’t remember me, but I remember you from my early childhood watching my big brother (Bob Casson) and you play ball. I sometimes think I remember members of his class better than my own. Wishing you peace and health and fond memories always.
