John L. Kastelic "Sparky", 53, of St. Petersburg, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA passed away Friday, August 27, 2010 at the Bay Pines VA Hospice from ALS.
John was a graduate of Fox Chapel High School and the Dean Institute of Technology in Pittsburgh, PA. and served in the US Air Force during peace time. John was an avid Golden Tee Golfer and a Pittsburgh Steeler Fan.
He is survived by his brothers, Rudi and Dean; his sister, Darlene Moss (Dan); nieces Betsy, Jamie, and Sara; one nephew, Justin and his two cats, Ty and Tiger.
A military service and celebration of his life will be held October 21st at the Bay PinesVA Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd at 10:45AM.
