John S. Blum, Sr., 90, of North Redington Beach and Grosse Pointe, MI, passed away at Freedom Square on March 24, 2008.
He has been wintering here for 20 years. He is a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Largo. He was the retired President of Bakco Products in Detroit and an accomplished pianist.
He is survived by his wife Margaret “Marge” Blum and his son, John S. Blum, Jr., both of Grosse Pointe.
Memorial services will be held later in the spring and announced by Verheyden Funeral Home, 16300 Mack Avenue, Grosse Pointe Park, MI 48230 800 837-4393.
