All the neighbors knew him well
Many thought – Gee that Joe sure is swell!
He talked to all who would pass by,
No, Joe was not quiet, nor was he shy.
His family took his bad and focused on his good,
The Lord knew this wacky group could & would!
With Love in their hearts, Joe’s presence will remain,
Lost in good thoughts, will take away any pain.
We love you Joe, Jesus’ answered prayer,
For giving us eyes to see you as He did,
a roaring but gentle bear!
See you later – Save us a spot at the table,
We will be there with our kerchiefs, sitting straight and elbows strong & able.
So don’t look back, cause you might see,
Joe sitting in his chair flipping the bird at you and at me!
P.S. We still know how many ounces are in a quart!
The family requests, no floral arrangements please.

Dear Family,
I was thinking about Joe and went on Google to find out he passed away. So sorry for your loss. It was never mentioned that he also had a daughter named Roseann who passed away in 1994. He only knew her for a few years. Hopefully they will become closer in Heaven.
Roseanne always missed her Father, she never forgot him. It’s sad but true and I take my share of the blame for that.May you rest in Peace Joe.
