Kwill LaChapelle

Kwill LaChapelle

Kwill LaChapelle was born in Houston, Texas the only son of Elvina Darbonne- LaChapelle and Wilson LaChapelle – his parents preceded him in death. Children just could not get enough of him.

Kwill graduated from Kashmere Gardens High School in 1972, he received an Associate Degree from Houston Community College and Bachelor plus Masters Degrees from the University of Honolulu. Kwill was in service to his country in the United States Marine Corps. Kwill retired from St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital System (Texas Medical Center) in Customer Service and then became owner and CEO of a company he named Penny Loans. He wrote a publication called 'How to Make a Dollar' and in addition he published some poetry. Kwill leaves behind to cherish his memory: Sisters- Celinda A. Haydel (Raleigh 'Ted' Haydel), Paula J.
