SERENITY PRAYER
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him forever in the next.
Amen.

Chris and Sarah,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time.
Laura was truly a wonderful person and such an inspiration.

Dear Sarah, Chris and family-friends of Luara: We were deeply saddened to hear of Laura’s transformation. We extend our compassion and sympathy to all. Luara was an inspiration to us all. That in spite of life’s challenges she would seek the positive, provide a helping hand, a message of encouragement and a warm smile. She was dedicated to her children, family, friends and her work. When she would speak of her children you could immediately realize the love she possessed. I have many positive memories created by Laura. Laura and I spoke about heaven. It was our real home and what a “grand surprise” awaits us, we shared. Faith teaches there is no death, but just the next adventure with our Lord. It is no longer a surprise to Luara. God has one of his children back home. It is is said “that lives are measured not by by years, but by memories.” I give thanks for the fond and loving memories.
“When you lose someone you love, a part of yourself is lost. What remains forever is the love you shared.”
