Clark, Lawrence R. passed away in St. Petersburg on April 9, 2014 at the age of 86.
He was born in Cincinnati and raised by his mother, Agnes, and his maternal grandparents. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the US Navy, and he served his country honorably for 20 years, including tours in both WWII and Korea. After retiring to Florida in 1967, he worked for Gray Line Tours and Southland Corporation. He was an avid coin collector, a hobby he could enjoy at home with his wife and children who meant the world to him.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Mary, son Jon (Wendy), five daughters Liz (Ron), Chris (Dennis), Vicky (Manny), Carol, and Michelle (Bobby), seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. His great-grandson, Tyler, completed basic training this week, and will continue a family legacy of service in the US Navy.
Services will be privately held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.

Chris, I know this is a difficult time for you. I am here if you need someone. I am glad your father, mother, and your sisters had quality time together at his end. I love you.
