Mrs. Pianka,
I am sorry for the loss of your husband. I will always remember him fondly. It was my pleasure to get to know the two of you while I was helping Mike to enlist in the Navy. If there is anything I can do, please let me know, Mike knows how to get a hold of me.
Terry and Mike, please accept mine and Lolita’s condolences. I will surely miss the ol’ Seabee. God Bless
Mrs. Pianka

I would like to send my deepest condolences to the Pianka family. Although I never met Mr. Pianka, I know he was a great person. I am proud and honored to be Mike’s Seabee Brother, we have shared so much through the years. I could not ask for a better friend. Again, from my family to yours, my sympathy.

I am truely priveledged to have met such a humble man. It is not often in life that we meet one that speaks open and honestly from the heart.
In a time when our children look up to professional athletes and TV personalities, sometimes they miss the real heroes.
Mr.Pianka was such a hero. I wish I could have met him so much earlier in my life. May God bless Leon and his family.
our condolences to the pianka family and our prayers will be with you all the way.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family for your loss. Even though we have not had the chance to meet Leon listening to Mike tell stories of his Dad we feel like we have known him. He is in a better place. From One Seabee to another â??CAN DOâ??
