Louis Moreno, Sr., 66, of Baldwin Park, CA, died Jan. 25, 2009 at home.
Born in Los Angeles, he retired as a buyer for Sears Roebuck and Co. after 20 years. He was a US Army veteran, earning the rank of Sergeant. He enjoyed war memorabilia and old war movies. He also enjoyed fishing, reading and camping.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Maria; four sons, Louis, Jr., Covina CA, Leonard, Lancaster CA, Felix and Alexander; daughter, MaryLou Moreno, all of Baldwin Park; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 11AM, followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:30AM on Monday, Feb. 2nd at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 25075 Cottonwood Avenue, Moreno Valley, CA. Interment will be at 12:45PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518..
