Marc S. Nastir, 49, of Clearwater, died on Sunday, July 5, 2009, at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center in St. Petersburg. He was born in Detroit, MI and moved to Pinellas County in the 1960’s.
He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a truck driver. He was a member of the Solid Rock Church.
He is survived by his son, David Nastir of St. Petersburg; daughters, Sharon Nastir and Heather Bennett of St. Petersburg; step-father, James Bennett of St. Petersburg; and sister, Deborah Fox of Detroit MI.
Services will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday, July 24, 2009 at Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines, FL 33744, (727) 398-9426.
