MARK HENRY BEECHER, age 93, of Clearwater, FL died Saturday June 4, 2011 at his home.
He was born in Beaver Dams, N.Y. and came to Clearwater in 1966 from Corning, N.Y. where he had worked as a technician for Corning Glass Works. He retired in 1980 from Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater, where he worked as an electrician. He was a member of Clearwater Central Church of the Nazarene.
Mark was predeceased by Encia, his wife of 67 years, in 2006. He is survived by three sons: Eugene of Corning, N.Y., Jerold, of Horseheads, N.Y., and Kenneth of Pasadena, MD; three daughters, Beverly Madorsky of Clearwater, Jacqueline Morris of Largo and Joan Osatchuck of Horseheads, N.Y. Also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 36 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
Graveside service to be held at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 10 2011. Should friends desire, donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice of Florida at www.thehospice.org .
