Bland, Maurene E., 76, of Tampa, FL went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
Born on June 17, 1936 in Kalamazoo, MI, Maurene moved to Tampa in 1958. She lived the life of the wife of a career USAF Sergeant and school teacher.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, David; four children: Patricia Anne (Harold) Blanton, Theresa Lea Hoskinson, Charles Richard (Lisa) Bland, and Deborah Elaine Bland; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 13, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Port Tampa, 8306 Interbay Blvd, Tampa 33606 with Pastor Ron Satterwhite. (813) 839-2946.
