MSGT Michael L. Sebring, USAF Ret., 69, of Tampa, FL passed away on Friday, September 28, 2012 at Kindred Hospital-Tampa.
Born June 10, 1943 in Vincennes, IN, he enlisted in the Air Force in 1965 during the Vietnam War. He retired as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Crew Chief after 23 years. He was a member of American Legion Post #138.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Ubon; two sons, Ryan A. (Mareesa) and Brian (Cynthia) Sebring, both of Tampa; mother, Mary; four sisters, Marsha Synowiec, Gayle McKinnon, Judy Gaddie, all of Vincennes, and Linda Acup of Indianapolis, IN; and four grandchildren.
A gathering of friends and family will be at 10 AM on Friday, October 5, 2012 at Peninsular Christian Church, 3600 W. Ballast Point Blvd., Tampa, FL 33611. Services with military honors will begin at 11 AM with Pastor Kent Riner and MacDill Air Force Base Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to a charity of choice.
