We were very sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. We think of both of you often especially as we do things around the house. I know you will miss him terribly but know he’s he’s at peace. Running around up in Heaven talking up a storm.
“Cookie” was the epitome of what a Marine should be like and a poster-boy for the term “Wounded Warrior”. Anyone who went through what he went through at places like “Esther” and “Boulder”…where he was severly wounded, certainly deserved a better fate later on than that damn Parkinson’s Disease.
God Bless you, Cookie… and your wife Brenda, who made your later years bearable.I’m sure there will be a special place for her, too, along side her beloved Marine.
Semper Fi, Buddy!!!
