Patrick Noonan is my uncle. I will miss him very much. He was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off of his back and do anything in the world for you. I will miss his laugh and long conversations. I love you uncle Pat. Love Jen
I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick when calling his sister Kathy when I was living in Nova Scotia. This conversation lasted close to an hour with this “good timing, ball of thunder”. During his stay with Kathy and Glenn, we had some great conversations. I had the great pleasure of meeting him face to face not long ago and we just picked up where we left off. I cherish my relationship with Kathy and was blessed by meeting Patrick. He left this world too soon but he left it a hero!! Thanks Patrick, you are loved!!

Pat was a great guy. I grew up with Pat in Raleigh, North Carolina. We were room mates, we worked together and we would party together. Pat, his mom and dad let me stay at their house when I needed a place to stay. Pat was real funny and he was a dedicated friend. He would help you out if you needed it. Pat was good people. All of our friends in north Raleigh are deeply saddened by Pat’s passing. I want Frank and Kathy to know that we are thinking about them during this difficult period. Pat will be remembered as a great friend and he will be missed.

Kathy and Frank,
I am so sorry to hear the news about Patrick. I will always remember him as the little blonde haired kid with the silly giggle.
He had a sweet smile, a charming personality and sparkle in his eyes. He is in a great place now, try to remember that.
Love you
Sue

love Deena and Candace.
Pat it’s hard to believe you’re gone!!! We’re starting to feel very mortal these days as you are not the first friend to go.
Randy is a good friend of Frank’s and had many good times with Frank and Pat. Jammin’ guitars with the bros, as we liked to rock!
Catherine remembers Jr High where we were office assistants and we got to run around school getting people out of class. We became friends during that time.
We are 10 years married this year and 20 years together next year. Next year will be 20 years ago October that Pat brought Randy and couple other friends into O’Malleys for Randy’s birthday lunch. So, if it weren’t for my knowing Pat, my husband and I likely would have never been introduced. Thank you Pat – you’ve changed our lives, and now we have a wonderful 4 12 yo boy.
Kathy and Frank our thoughts and prayers are with you, and sympathies for your loss.
Love, Randy, Catherine and Allen Edwards
RIP
Dear Kathy and Frank,
I know this has not been an easy time for you both but hope that you may find some comfort in knowing that I pray for all our family, invidually each morning during my prayers.
Patrick had many friends and he was much loved. Was so glad to see the notes from Andy Dunn, Jennifer Noonan and Phillip Grilli.
Patrick was indeed unique in that he was the only grandchild that really looked like my father, with beautiful blond curly hair as a child. Must have been the genetic coding moving on thru the generations.
I did have a short visit with Patrick at Steve and Jim about a year ago. It was whlie healin from the staple accident. He looked good but concerned about his left eye. I do admire him for the generosity and courage to donate his organs in order that other people could heal. No greater gift!! It reflects the inner spirit of a man who, though outwardly seemed rough and ready, thought deeply and honored Gods’ gift in his life.
I did have a Mass celebrated for him on March 17th, his name day. When all is said and done, I think we do our time on earth and Patrick no doubt has been embraces =in the arms of his Maker. This is Gods’ message to each of us, share in My Life and know that I am there to meet you in your final hours. God creates and gifts each of us and we become in our lives the gift we return to Our God.
Be sure Kathy and Frank that you and each one in our family are in my prayers each day. May God send you comfort and peace.
Love Aunt Jean

Kathy and Frank, Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. It was very sad to hear about the loss of Patrick. As you know, he came to New York last year and visited with us at our home. My sister Judy and him were having a great time traveling about New York City and the old childhood areas in Westchester. Having not seen him in many years, I was touched by his warmth, energy and happy, fun personality. He had a huge bear hug and big smile for each one of us. He brought the whole family together for a party and dinner out on my deck. We actually laughed alot about old times, played quitars and sang songs. We had a lot of fun. He was very warm, friendly and encouraging to each of my children, Stephen, Melissa, and Christopher and genuinely interested in what each of them was doing in their lives. They really enjoyed him and got a kick out of his sense of humor. I am very glad they got to meet him and that our family had the opportunity to spend a good deal of time with him this past year. He had a great heart, a winning laugh and warm personality that made everyone enjoy our time with him. Each time I have thought of him is the last few days, I mostly remember a happy, energetic little boy with long blond curls running around the back yard at a party in Pleasantville. He was happy then and seemed to have maintained that zest for life. I hope he has found peace and I’m sure he has gone to a better place. Love, Cousin Mary, Daniel, Stephen, Melissa and Christopher.
When my best friend Kathy, lost her brother “Patrick” my heart ached for her. Kathy, Pat is safe now and no harm can come to him, he is with the angels. I met Pat when moving Kathy and Glenn to there home. That was a exciting moving day. The day started with Kathy, Phillip, Pat,and me Dee. He is the only person I know to move furniture by throwing it over a balcony and laughing like it was nothing and everything was still in tact. What a kidder he was. Jokes galore. I’ll always remember moving day!!

To all who knew and loved pat, I am so sorry for your loss. I knew pat for many good years but I never called him pat, it was always “Noonan”.
He was always a great friend with loyalty and kindness to his very core.
I haven’t lived in raleigh for 17 years, my family has taken me other places.
I had been talking about a big reunion with all our school friends in N.C., but I remember that great big smile noonan had,
his bushy hair, I remember him laughing, because in our group of friends we were there for each other and noonan would always have your back, no matter what.
I remember good times with noonan from Carroll, Lazy, Shelly lake, Falls Lake, Colony and The Power Lines just to mention a few.
I know it’s been a long time since I saw Noonan, but just thinking back among the memories makes me miss him more.
So many good memories come to mind and honestly I can’t think of a bad one, I know he wasn’t perfect but he was a perfect friend to me.
We went to so many party’s and created many others,
I remember one day after school we met a pretty girl and like 4 of us were trying to impress her, but it was no use because she saw something in Noonan the she liked and she was hooked. It sucked for us but I can remember the smile on his face even today, It was HUGE!
you could barely see his eyes he was smiling so wide.
I remember another time after high school Noonan got me a job doing trim carpentry with him and on one particular morning there was frost,
Noonan went to move the pump jacks over on the roof, after about 5 minutes we didn’t see him yet and were wondering what was going on? then Noonan comes around the corner holding his hand on his hip and back and moaning, he told me that he had slipped on the frost and had fallen off the roof!
Then he proceeded back up the ladder onto the roof.
It wasn’t like him to quit.
I could go on all day about remembering old stories, but whenever someone in my life passes I try to remember all the good times because I can’t change the fact that there gone,
but I can keep them from being forgotten.
If anyone would like to trade old memories of Noonan- and it doesn’t matter if I don’t know you or you don’t know me to me-

Party on Noonan I’m drinking a tall boy for ya and cheers to you!
The world will miss a good egg.
I hope I’m not rambling on-
-Noonan I love ya and I miss ya-
Peace,
Rush
I met Patrick thru his brother Frank. I didn’t know him as well or as long as most of you but he treated me as if i were someone he had known much longer. He is in God’s hands now and being well cared for. For the short time i have known the whole family, they have treated me as i were family too! God Bless the Noonan family for they have suffered dearly from their loss.
Our thoughts and prays are with all of Pat’s family and friends.
