A native of Boston, MA and a local resident since 1971, when he moved here from Medfield, MA; he was a maintenance supervisor for the School Board of Boston; a Catholic; A US Army Air Corps Veteran of World War II that was awarded a Asiatic Pacific Theater Campaign Medal; Good Conduct Medal; American Theater Campaign Medal and a Victory Medal. Paul is survived by his wife, Frances Cunningham of Ocala, FL; two daughters: Joan Carol Henaff and her husband, John of Kissimmee, FL and Ann Marie Dickey and her husband, Mike of Melrose, FL; two brothers: Billy Cunningham and his wife, Isabelle of Osterville, MA and James Cunningham of Whitefield, NH: two sisters: Alice Hoy of Naples, FL and Winn Merrick and her husband, David of Naples, FL: two grandchildren JP Henaff and Andrea Henaff and two great-grandchildren: Sophia and Sebastian. Uncle Paul was my Dad’s best buddy from the time they were toddlers. He sat up all night when my mother died, listening outside Dad’s bedroom door, protecting his little brother. He loved his family, Cadillacs, and Jim Reeves. Not sure of the order.
