Philip T. Hoch, 69, of Dunedin, FL passed away at the Hospice House Woodside, Pinellas, Park, FL on January 6, 2008 from natural causes. He is survived by his wife, Judith; three children: Adam Donaldson of Seattle, WA; Noah Donaldson of Vista, CA and Jane Leach of Dunedin, FL and nine grandchildren. He was born April 15, 1938 in Norristown, PA and was raised in that area. Mr. Hoch was a US Marine Corps veteran with extensive combat experience in Vietnam. He was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon; Purple Heart and the US Navy Commendation Medal with Combat ?V?. He was in the Food and beverage Industry for 25 years and a Cruise Consultant since 1994. Mr. Hoch was a life member of the Marine Corps League and the Past Commandant of the Morris F. Dixon Detachment in Clearwater, FL. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed reading, cruising with is wife, and friends and his grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 2:15 PM, Thursday afternoon, January 17, 2008 at the Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL 33504. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Suncoast Hospice or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in the memory of Philip T. Hoch.
