Raymond Fleming was born March 21, 1947, in Recovery, GA, to Joseph Fleming and Lula Mae Fleming who preceded him in death.
Raymond’s early years of growing up in Gadsden County FL includes him attending Salem Elementary School and graduated from Cater-Paramour High School in Quincy, FL. Raymond joined the military at the age of 18 and after basic training he was shipped to Vietnam where he served in the Vietnam War.
Our beloved father Raymond Fleming died December 2, 2011. He leaves behind a son Ramous Keith Fleming Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA., a daughter Shawna Fleming of St. Petersburg, FL and daughter Leslie V. Fleming, (deceased).
Grandchildren are: Raeonna Jackson of Eugene, OR; Kendrick, Kevin, Keith and Kendall Fleming of Tarpon Springs, FL; Anjuan Tucker of Shreveport, LA; Rayleisha Lane of Tampa, FL; Lashara, Tequesha and Desiree Butler, Steven and Stacey Shine, and Shawntazia Fleming of St. Petersburg, FL.
Great-grandchildren are: Demarcus Newsome Jr. of St. Petersburg; Saige Leslie Ann Kelley of St. Petersburg, FL.
Brothers are: Lonzell Fleming, Eddie Joe Fleming (Birtha), Chattahoochee, FL, Bobby Frank Fleming (Wife) of Ft. Myers, FL, Michael Fleming (Belinda) of Ft. Myers, FL, Bruce Fleming of Deltona, FL, Timothy Fleming of El Paso, TX, Ben Joseph Fleming, Joseph Fleming (Wife) Quincy, FL.
Sisters are: Joanne F. Wallace of Clearwater, FL, Deidre Fleming Grant of West Palm Beach, FL, Carolyn F. Parrish (Husband) Lakeland, FL, Victoria Fleming, and Tina Fleming of Bainbridge, GA.
Uncle Harvey (Mavis) Wilson of Hardaway, FL, Aunt Hester Presha of Tallahassee, FL, Uncle Henry (Roberta) Wilson of Clearwater, FL. Raymond Fleming also, leaves a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends.
