I am sorry to hear about Bob’s passing and send my deepest condolences to his family.I remember that he was a very upbeat person and was alawys concerned about his fellow officers.
Bob was my immediate supervisor for many years at Rutgers Police. We had a lot of fun working together and had some great times. I am so sorry to see him leave this earth but he did it enjoying himself. Our prayers are with the Franz family. Jack Phadden and Family
Our deepest sympathy to Marilyn, Kathleen and Jennifer and families.
Dear Marilyn and Family,
Captain Franz was my patrol captain when I first came on Rutgers Police in 1979. Sally Thomason was on before me and there were a few girls in my class, but I was the only one to stay. I really stressed Bob out. But he was a great commander and a great friend. I am sorry for your loss and wish you many wonderful memories.
