Ronald T. Brown, 64, QM3-US Navy-Vietnam War Veteran of Pinellas Pak, FL passed away at his residence on July 13, 2007 of natural causes. A native of Detroit, MI and a local resident since 1983, when he moved here from Pentwater, MI; he was a bridge builder; a catholic and a US Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War aboard the USS Plymouth Rock LDS 29 and earning the Good Conduct Medal. He is survived by his wife Marlene Brown of Pinellas Park, FL; a son Russell Brown of Detroit, MI; Step sons: Jerry Osberg and his wife Diane of Seminole, FL and Thomas Austin and his wife, Cristina of St. Petersburg, FL; a daughter, Anissa Brown of Detroit, MII and a step daughter, Donna Schoelles of West Seneca, NY; a brother, Russell Brown of Florida and two sisters, Roberta Allinger of Banner Elk, NC and Rhea Brown; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services are 1:30 PM, Friday Afternoon, July 20, 2007 at the Bay Pines VA National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL 33744 with VFW Post 9272 officiating.
