I will miss seeing Rudy at the deli. The best coffee, olive oil and conversation anywhere! I admired his faith and love for the church. He put his faith in action, specifically the childrens home in India. He has received the reward “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord..”
We are so blessed to have known Rudy Plateroti. What a great Man of God, and friend. We will miss him very much. Our prayers and love are with the family.
Ward, Ann, and “Miss Pat”
My sincere condolences to the Plateroti family. I went to High school with Sal and had heard wonderful things of his father. I have remained in this area now for 45 years, they say in the end only kindness matters, Mr. Plateroti defined just that. God Bless.
Danny and I were so sorry to hear about your Dad’s passing. Our very sincere condolences to all the Plateroti family.
My sympathies are with you at this time of your loss. Rudy will be remembered by the many hearts he touched. God be with each of you.
Mr. Plateroti was always the friendly face of Plateroti’s Deli. He was patient in answering questions and always, always friendly with his customers. After many attempts, he finally convinced me to try one of his Chianti wines and it was wonderful! He loved his family and his store and always made it a pleasure to come in. With his wife, he served delicious prepared meals that were like going to my grandmother’s house for Sunday dinner. I will miss his smile and generous spirit. May the good Lord wrap him in his arms and grant him eternal peace.
Sincere and deepest sympathy to the Plateroti Family. Rudy will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you all.
My condolences and sympathy to the Plateroti family. God bless you Jean, Sal, Angel Marie, Jo Anne, Lu Gina, Perriann, Maria and Giovanna.
