Dear Dorothy, my heart goes with you. Hope I can give you all you need from me. You and Sam are the most giving people I have ever met. I didn’t get to know Sam that long, but I sure was impressed by his spirit. I know that even now he is singing How Great Thou Are, and Praise the Lord!
Your nurse and shadow,
Beverly
