Terry Francis Sharp joined his beloved wife, Aurea, on January 27, 2011. Terry was retired from the US Navy. He was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in San Francisco, California on August 9, 1939 to Terry and Thelma (Patterson) Sharp. The family moved to Kansas and later he jointed the Navy. In his years in the service he lived in Guam, California, Hawaii, South Carolina and Florida (and he always remembered his time at Great Lakes Naval Station. How he didn’t like cold weather!) He loved the water, ships and lighthouses. He is survived by two sisters, Roxanna Barwick and Patty Jones along with nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Terry will be intered at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on February 1, 2011 at 11am with US Navy honors.
