Thomas John Farrell, 61, of Clearwater, died on Monday, March 22, at his home. He was born in Providence, RI and moved to Clearwater in 1995 with his daughter. He worked in the construction industry for many years.
He served his country in the US Army and was a combat veteran of the Vietnam War. He received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Army Commendation Medal during his time of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold, Sr. and Josephine (Spinella) Farrell and brothers, Edward, Michael. and Joseph. He is survived by his daughter, Lori-Jean Farrell of Tampa; son, Brandon Quattrocchi; brothers, James, Harold and Robert; and his sister, Mildred Langrall.
Services will be held on Friday, April 9, at 1:30PM, at the Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, FL.
