Veterans Funeral Care Timothy Whitmer
Timothy D. Whitmer, 61, of New Port Richey, FL, died Tuesday, January 19, 2013 at Consulate Health Care. Survived by sister, Christina Riley of New Port Richey and brother, James of Ridgeville, SC.

Tim was my best friend for the past 33 years. We had some great times together. I am glad his suffering has ended. Rest in peace my dear friend. My sympathies go out to Christina and Jimmy.
Tim was a great friend to our family and will be missed. RIP my friend, we will always love you , Pete, Jamie, Leslie, Matthew, Morgan, Sonni and Kyleigh Williams
My Uncle Tim was so sweet to me. Every Christmas, he would bring huge trash bags of little gifts for me. As a kid, I loved opening the ones he wrapped that had multiple boxes in them! I would open a big box, then a smaller box, then another smaller box and then a tinier box with a little gift inside. He was a loving uncle. I will miss him but I am glad his suffering is over.
I knew Tim for a lot of years, he was one of the kindness person ever, the same happy smile, always lending a helping hand in any way he could. He was a dear friend to me I will always have a place in my heart for Tim. May he rest in peace.
Remembering my cousin with such fond childhood memories of Iowa summers, when his family came back to visit us. I must have called his Aunt Dorthy multiple times awaiting their arrival. We had such good times. Not a care in the world.
Finding comfort in those thoughts of Tim. Love and sympathy to Chris, Laura and Jimmy.
Our prayers go out to Jim, Christina and Laura on Tim’s passing. I remember playing with Tim as a child on the ranch. Those were fun times. After playing we would go to his mother’s house and she would make us sugar and butter sandwiches. I’ll always remember those times. May you rest in peace.
