Vi (Siciliano) Carroll , also known as "Bella", went peacefully to the Lord on Thursday, December 26, 2013, and is now surrounded by angels. Vi had been residing at Carrington Place of St. Petersburg, Florida.
Daughter of the late Pietro and Josephine Catherine Siciliano, Vi was born in Volant, PA, where she grew up as a daughter of a mine number two coal miner. She graduated from Grove City High and moved to Detroit, MI. She worked as a union bookkeeper prior to moving to Florida in retirement.
Vi was an energetic lady who lived life to the fullest. This "Lady in Red" enjoyed dancing, singing and listening to music. Her life was filled with friends and family, all who loved her very much.
Vi loved to travel, her fondest memory was traveling with her family to Italy. It was here she felt closest to her ancestors and family sharing the sights and culture of Calabria, Italy. She enjoyed cruising and gambling at the El Cortez in Las Vegas, NV.
Vi is survived by her loving daughters’, Kathleen "Kathy" and husband Bill Spellman of Oldsmar,FL, and Paula and husband Gordy McAllister of Fenton, MI. Vi was also blessed with several living grandchildren Karen Hurd, William Bonner, Ryan McAllister, Kyle McAllister, Hannah Spellman, and Justin Spellman; great-grandchildren Paul Bonner, Bella Rose Bonner; sister Mary Cairo of MI; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be conducted by Father Robert Swick at 12:30pm, Monday, December 30,2013, at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 5233 118th Avenue North, Clearwater, FL.

Paula and Kathy I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many wonderful memories of MOM. I was truly blessed to be apart of your family.
