I was privledged to work with and for Scott for several years. He was always eager, sincere, and very much a gentleman. His life was too short for wonderful people like Scotty and he taught me about oourage and real love. He loved his family so much and was a friend to all he knew. I will miss him and always remember him with fondness. His parents wrote the book on what it means to love a child and advocate for their benefit. The world is a better place because of them and it has been an honor to know them.
Julie, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
Love, Jacki
Scotty will be missed by all as he was always a joy to see and talk too. He has found a happiness we all look for in the end. God Bless him richly and take good care of him. He is at PEACE now.
Scotty was like another son to me along with all his brothers. He never met a stranger and was loved by all who took time to know him. He will always be with us in our hearts.

To the Bishop family and friends,
It is hard for me to express the words of how much Scotty will be missed. Growing up with him, and getting to know him as a child, teen, young adult, and finally as a man, I have known all sides of Scotty. He was one of a kind. Very intelligent especially with politics. I was at a loss of words when I first heard about this loss of a dearly loved one. Even though I was aware of how he was doing, it still was not easy knowing.
Chip, Jackie, and boys, you are all thought of during this time. We are all here for you.
Love to you all,
Kendra and family
I’m praying for your whole family through this time.
I am so sorry for your loss. May the Lord bless your family in this time of grief.
We are so sorry for your loss. We loved Scotty. Craig, I and the boys always enjoyed when Scotty came over for visits. Brandon would always play around with him. He would ask when is Scotty coming back when he noticed we hadn’t seen him in awhile. He was such a wonderful person. We will cherish the memories we had with him. May God be with you and your family at this difficult time and know your in or prayers. Sincerly Craig, Denise, Shawn, Taylor, Garret, and Brandon Nevitt.
Scotty we will miss you and allways love you, ill see you again then you can show me around.

Dear Bishop Family,
Our family sends their sympathy to yours in the passig of your son Scotty.
Scotty made such strong connections with the people here on earth, I can only imagine what connections he will be making up in Heaven. Remembering his lack of fear here on earth makes me smile as I think of him being healthy and running up to God sitting at the throne saying “Hey everyone I finally made it” and giving everyone high-fives. Scotty enjoy your everlasting life, you earned it.
Jackie, Chip

Scott I hope you know how much you are loved and missed. As your mom, I can only tell you how much my arms ache to hold you again. It has only been a year since you went to be with Jesus and I hope you are enjoying yourself in heaven. You now can be without pain and enjoying being with your grandparents and I await the day I can join you again and tell you how much I love you. Dad and I were so blessed that God gave you to us even for just a little while. Tell Jesus we said thank you for letting us have such a wonderful son. Have fun and know that someday soon we will be together again and I can hold you in my arms and say I love you. I love you so much–MOM Kiss grandma and grandpa for me.
