William D. Haines, 64, of Clearwater FL, formerly of Wilmington, died Tuesday August 10, 2010, at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System in Bay Pines, FL.
Mr. Haines served as a Marine in Vietnam from January 1966 through December 1968. A carpenter by trade, he was the son of Jordan W. Haines and Helen Margaret Dehan Haines and is survived by sisters, Nancy (Dennis) Conner of Clarksville and Mary Ann (Jeff) Foland of Clarksville, nieces and nephews and many friends.
Burial will be at the Bay Pines National Cemetery with military honor.Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, c/o Hospice, 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines FL 33744.
