Gail, Jackie, Helen and Patty…….
It’s really tough to lose a parent….I don’t know that we’re ever ready, no matter what our age.
Your family has been a close and loving one, and that is a lovely thing. The best way to honor our parents is to keep celebrating the joys in our lives and to remember the good times. I feel fortunate to be a part of your family by extension.
Sending healing thoughts your way.
Love and Light,
Vonnie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
My Deepest Condolences Jackie. I has such a deep respect for you and your father’s millitary service.

To the family
My deepest sympathies on the loss of your father and I am just finding out that your mother is gone also.
I worked with Ruth at Palms of Pasadena back in the 60’s and 70’s and what a wonderful lady she was. A good, caring and compasionate person. I have met your dad and know him to be a wonderful person too. And I know they loved you all very much.
To My Uncle Willie
You are my father’s oldest Brother.
Growning up in St. Petersburg “my Uncle built that” would be my cry with pride as we drove by Maximo Moorings Marina. Even my boys know with all journeys over the Skyway Bridge you worked on the second Span. As a lille girl I always wanted to see the homes that lined the coast that were proteced by “those seawalls my Uncle built “.
You are a part of so many of my memories. My first sleepover was at your home, you talked me into staying the whole night then drove me home in your truck in time for breakfast. When my pink Schwin broke in half by no fault of mine you put it back together so I could still ride it. My father depended on you to help fix things. At a wedding a mean remark was directed at me, you stood up for me. A kind touch and a hug when my father was dying ment so much to me.
You will always be a son, husband, father, grandfather, Paw Paw and my Uncle.
I will miss you Uncle Willie!
Love,
Kathy

To Jackie, my friend and realator—-So sorry to hear about your Dad—my heartfelt condolences to you and your family. I know he wasn’t doing well recently, but I also know it is still a shock and a big void in one’s life when our parents are actually gone. Take care Jackie and give me a call when you feel up to it. Fondly, Judy

It has been my great pleasure to have known Willie and Ruth for all these years. Willie was truly a special friend to me; We two aviators, from different wars who flew with difficult odds of survival, spent many hours sharing our experiences. We developed a close bond. I learned much from him. Willie was a very important person in my life. I will never forget him.
Rest in Peace Willie.

To The Comstock Family and Friends:
Willie’s death is a loss to so many — family, friends, and all the lives he touched. But he is at peace now, and with his beloved Ruth. Willie was an amazing person, a caring man, who deeply loved his family. He accomplished so much in his life. I treasure the times and moments I shared with him and Ruth. The wonderful daughters who he and Ruth raised were truly a blessing to him in his time of need.
Much Love,
Masha Ward

To my Comstock family.
You all are always and forever in my heart. You all will always be part of my family. I was sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. I had seen him in Gulfport and he told me about your mom. My mom loved you all as family. I always tell people how your dad taught me to swim. I was not allowed to swim pass the fish by the stairs to the pool. Boy a lot of memories for me in that house. At 59 I think I still remember your home phone # 342-6792
Miss you all!!!
Michael
