William “Billy” Harold Sellers, 54, of Sebring, FL passed away on May 15, 2014.
Billy was born September 7, 1959 in Lake Wales, FL. He had a long battle with cancer. He graduated from Sebring High School where he lettered in baseball for two years. Billy served in the Navy for four years and earned an Honorable Discharge. He earned The Navy and Marine Corp Expeditionary Medal Feb-Mar ’80, The Navy Expeditionary Medal Feb-July ‘81 and The Sea Service Ribbon Feb – Apr ‘81. He is survived by his mother, Shirley; father, Leland; brother, Robert; sister, Cheryl; three children, Sarah, Peter, and Dylan; and four grandchildren.
A Military Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241.
In lieu of flowers, Billy and the family wish that donations be made to Bay Pines VAHCS, PO Box 5005, Sect. 135, Bay Pines, FL 33744. Write “Hospice” in the memo.

Dad I want you to know your my best friend and I miss you I wish so bad you were around these last couple years cause nigga you would have had so much fun with us Dad. I’ve been to see your headstone a bunch of times I got some great pictures and I always try to bring someone with me or Jayden they all know bout you Dad your gone but never forgotten I love you and miss you and gramps so bad it’s just me and Robert. Life got real when I lost the both of you and I’ll forever have an empty space in my heart from losing you to soon man. These people wouldn’t begin to believe our story’s if we told um. I’m sorry I didnt get to fix a coupe things before you left but you know where we stand and that I’ll always love you and I’ll always scream yours and gramps name and I’ll always bring a joint and a beer to your grave my boy.
