William J. Marra Jr., 77, of Seminole, Florida funeral service is 11:00 AM, Friday, October 31, 2014 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 11501 66th Avenue North, Seminole, Florida 33772. Following the church service, there will be full military honors and burial by the Pinellas County Military Honors Guard at 1:30pm, Friday afternoon, October 31, 2014 at the Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines Florida 33744.
Born on June 9, 1937 in New Haven, CT to William J. and Antoinette (Nastri) Marra, William passed away at the William C. “Bill” Young VA Medical Center, Bay Pines Florida on October 17, 2014. William was a hairdresser and business owner, most recently owing the Grand Central Hair Salon. He attended the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War.
William is survived by hie wife of 52 years, Marilyn (Cerino) Marra of Seminole, FL: two daughters, Marissa Bishop and her companion and friend, Chad Bills, both of Sachse, Texas and Jennifer Marra of Seminole, FL; a brother, Michael Marra of Largo, FL and four grandchildren: Alexandria Egger, Briana Egger, Zachary Bishop and Ethan Bishop.
