Barbara H. Heavenridge, 73, of Largo, FL died February 18, 2015.
She was born in Waterbury, CT to the late James and Yvonne Harrison. She retired from Publix Supermarkets after 34 years. She enjoyed Bingo and spending time with family. She was a loving mother and a devoted wife.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Richard in 2010. Survivors include her three sons, David, Rich, and Andy; brother, Jimmy Harrison; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.
She will be laid to rest at Bay Pines National Cemetery with her husband. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc.
To Barbara’s family – Your mom, grandma, great-grandma was my favorite cashier when we first moved to Largo. I was so happy that after her years of retiring (and losing contact with her),I was able to get to know her family, again, while working at the pediatric practice. She will always be remembered by us and our daughter’s family (Katie and Omar Davis, Kayla, Kiana & Omarius). May God bless you all with happy memories and His love to ease your pain of loss.
