Bernadette Lisa Stem died unexpectedly September 10, 2020, at the Largo Medical Center in Clearwater FL.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Lisa earned her wings September 10, 2020 at the age of 74. Born in Paterson, NJ on June 23, 1946, the daughter of Mario and Marie Pirone, she was one of four children. She was proceeded in death by her husband Thomas Stem Sr., mother, father and two siblings. Lisa graduated from Concord High School, CA, Class of 1964. In addition to being a beloved Mother and Wife, Lisa worked in the insurance industry, including being a small business owner until her retirement in 2002.
Lisa had an unwavering commitment to her family and friends. No matter what the need or occasion, she was always there to support and offer assistance. Her generosity and selfless commitment to her family and friends was admired and will be greatly missed. In addition, she was a devout Christian and maintained her faith up to her death.
Lisa is survived by two sons, Eric Frederick of Baltimore, MD and Denny DeMarcy of Jonestown, PA and a brother, Rudy Pirone, Martinez, CA. Lisa’s extended family also includes numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, along with other family members and friends. Lisa’s free spirit impacted everyone she met. She will be missed and forever in our hearts.
Funeral service is to be determined, location will be at the Baltimore National Cemetery, Frederick Road, MD.
Lisa will be missed daily.She was and is our dearly loved friend may God bless and keep her and her family always.
Lisa was my dear friend for over 25 years and I considered her family. She was an Angel on Earth and now she’s soaring with the Angels in Heaven. My wife and I send our deepest, most heartfelt condolences to her family and to all who loved her. We certainly loved her dearly and will never forget her.
She will be sorely missed by many of us.
