Bette Lou Hutton of Tampa Florida passed away March 12, 2019 at St Joseph’s Hospital North Tampa. She was born September 29, 1933 in New Philadelphia, Ohio to parents Dewey and Georgina (Hadley) Brannon. Bette worked as a legal secretary for the majority of her adult life.
She is preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, Jimmie Arvil Hutton, her parents, her brothers Gene Chini, Dewey Brannon Jr., and Jack Brannon, and baby sister Olive Brannon. They are rejoicing in heaven together.
Bette is survived by her loving family: Daughter Cheryl LaRosa and granddaughter Talia LaRosa of Tampa, Florida. Daughter Georgine Vitola and grandchildren Lindsay Card, Brandon Vitola, David Vitola, Jared Vitola and Elizabeth Vitola. As well as her best friend and big sister Leona Looper of Tampa, Florida. She has been blessed with a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
Bette’s service will be on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 10:30am at the First United Methodist Church of Lutz, 960 W. Lutz Lake Fern Road, Lutz, Florida with Pastor Rick Cabot to officiate. The family will receive friends at the church for a viewing from 9:30am until the service begins at 10:30am. Family and friends are welcome to congregate at the church after the service to rejoice that Bette is in heaven with her Jimmie! Graveside service with be at 2:00pm at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida. Family and friends are welcome to attend the graveside service where Bette will be buried with her husband, Jimmie.
My prayers go out to each of you. The loss of both Jimmy and Bette will be felt by all of us, but I know Bette will be happy being with Jimmy once more.
