Carol Ann Le Grand, 74, of Seminole, FL, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2017, at Mid Pinellas Hospice Care Center in Pinellas Park, FL. She was born in Chicago, IL and moved to Seminole in 1996.
Carol was a Social Worker who loved the work that she did in nursing homes. She was a faithful member of Seminole Assembly of God and she loved attending there. Carol also loved to walk. During her illness, she was a strong witness of her faith in Jesus and even started a small group of cancer patients. She was a battler and fought courageously to the end. Carol loved her children and her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Bernadine Pudelek and her son, Thomas Russell Le Grand. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Le Grand; sons, Laurence Edward Le Grand of New Lenox, IL and Scott Allen Le Grand of Elgin, IL; daughter, Rene Lynn Koller of Lemont, IL; brother, Henry Padelek; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and many friends.
A viewing will be held at 6:30PM on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at the Seminole Assembly of God Church, 10600 113th Street, Seminole, FL 33778, and a Funeral Service will follow at 7:00PM.
A v will be held from 3:00 – 9:00PM on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the Petkus Lemont Funeral Home, 12401 Archer Ave, Lemont, IL 60439. On Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10:30AM an Chapel Service will be held at the same location. She will be interred at the Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial Park, 9100 Archer Avenue, Willow Hills, IL 60480, following the Chapel Service.
