Your cousins in North Carolina will truly miss you cuz. We’ll miss your visits that occurred over the years. I will sorely miss our phone conversations . Know that we loved you Charlie and that we will never forget you
My condolences to the Whisnant family and friends. My brother-in-law Charles was a warm hearted man who loved the Lord. Matthew 5:4 states,” Blessed are those that mourn, for they shall be comforted”. I will miss Charles, but remember the good times. The celebration started when he made the pineapple and cherry cake.
Peace and Blessings,
Chaplain Beverly Morton-Taylor

I met Charles 50 years ago and he visited our family in New Orleans during Mardi Gras a few years ago.
He crossed my mind today and that is when I discovered his passing. My condolences to his wife and family, Charles loved his music and traveling. Rest in peace my friend.
Mr. C was my neighbor for many many years. He gave me good advice. He was real and honest. He could cook. He watched me grow up in my adulthood. He was kind of like an unofficial uncle that I never had. He pushed me. He cared. Sorry I am just now posting. Mr C I will definitely remember you.
My brother from another mother, so sad to see you go.I miss talking trash with you my brother, my wife just came up with the idea of putting you name on goggle and it popped up. Never got a obituary from the person who was handling your affairs or Joans number. Rest in peace my brother. Love ya Bum!
